Shipping Policy

Your purchase will be covered by a warranty damage.

  1. All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery, and therefore will be the responsibility of the buyer. Deliveries signed free and clear of damages or if left without signature by the recipient’s request will be the recipient’s responsibility, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If you receive a damaged item, Hollywood Billiards will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible – at no cost to you. Digital photographs of any damage can help us to claim the warranty.
  • Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
  • If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
  1. If there is any signs of minor damage in the crate or carton but can’t tell if there is any damage inside of the contents, accept your shipment and sign the delivery receipt SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION MAY CONTAIN CONCEALED DAMAGE.
  • Your purchase will be covered by a warranty for damage during shipping which includes shipping costs too. In this case we will be replace the damage item including the shipping, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify Hollywood Billiards Support at 213-800-2987.
  • Please notify Hollywood Billiards Support of any damages on the product or packaging within 3 days of receipt.

Replacement Parts Policy

Hollywood Billiards assumes responsibility of any restoration or replacement costs and filing damage claims with the carrier for all damages noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for a refund.

Replacement parts will be shipped for smaller items. Refusal of restored or replacement items are subject to the terms, conditions and applicable fees of our return policy. Freight carriers and delivery agents are not liable for factory defects. Any items determined to be defective will also be restored to first quality or replaced.

This item is shipped via freight company. Please contact us after payment if it is going to a business or residential location.

All of our items can be to shipped addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico & International shipping don’t qualify for heavy and extra size items.

Orders usually take 2-4 business days to process. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to re-select similar merchandise or cancel your order for a full refund.

Although we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Hollywood Billiards makes no guarantees of delivery dates. Unexpected delays are sometimes unavoidable, so please be patient. Once shipped, orders may not be canceled and are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy.

Please note: Some addresses in very remote, rural areas (mountains, very narrow or unpaved roads, etc.) or urban roads with limited access (excessive tolls/high traffic/one-way streets, etc.) may incur additional charges.

Insurance

We take the utmost care with every shipment. But some circumstances are simply beyond our control. Shipment insurance covers the full value of your goods against all risks.
