Warranty Information

American Heritage Billiards warrants the components of your billiard table to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of your table as follows:

• Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails and Blinds: Warranted against excessive splitting, cracking or warping.
• Hardwood Rails and Cushions: Warranted against separation dry rot or hardening. American Heritage Billiards will provide you parts required to repair or, at American Heritage Billiards’ sole option, replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the sole reasonable judgment of American Heritage Billiards, to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

EXCLUSIONS
American Heritage Billiards’ responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:

• Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
• Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage or improper installation by someone other than American Heritage Billiards or its authorized dealer.
• Repair or replacement of any bed cloth, table pockets, or playing accessories.
• Table Re-Leveling.
• Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement.

THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and American Heritage Billiards of the Warranty Coverage for your Pool Table. American Heritage Billiards makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document, nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your Pool Table. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.

SHIPPING

This item is shipped via freight company. Please contact us after payment if it is going to a business or residential location.

All of our items can be to shipped addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico & International shipping don’t qualify for heavy and extra size items.

Orders usually take 2-4 business days to process. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to re-select similar merchandise or cancel your order for a full refund.

Although we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Hollywood Billiards makes no guarantees of delivery dates. Unexpected delays are sometimes unavoidable, so please be patient. Once shipped, orders may not be canceled and are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy.

Please note: Some addresses in very remote, rural areas (mountains, very narrow or unpaved roads, etc.) or urban roads with limited access (excessive tolls/high traffic/one-way streets, etc.) may incur additional charges.

WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION

Our "White Glove Installation" offers you our highest level of service whereby your table is shipped directly to the local installer that will perform your in-home installation.

This service requires only that you are home when your certified installer arrives with your pool table to professionally install your table.
